The White Cone community is comprised of 1,963,706 acres. It is located in the southwest section of the Navajo Reservation. Arizona State Highway 77 runs north/south to Holbrook through the area. Nearby towns include Ganado and Greasewood to the east, Indian Wells and Holbrook to the south, and Dilkon and Winslow to the southwest. An important geographical feature of the area is a long-dormant volcanic cinder cone that is unusually white in color and gives the area its name. We're excited about a new approach to education: Our school centers on an emphasis in rodeo. We will offer the basic core subjects of Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, Technology, and various cultural arts relevant to vocational electives.
